Red Deer home sales down slightly in October

Home sales in Red Deer were almost on par in October compared to the same month last year.

According to data shared by the Central Alberta Realtors Association, 101 homes were sold in our city in October, compared to 107 in October 2018.

Year-to-date numbers show 1132 homes were sold in Red Deer in the first 10 months of this year, down from 1194 during the same period in 2018.

The average sale price in October was $300,547, which is down from $307,587 in October 2018.
