Mounties investigating youth-involved fight outside Collicutt Centre

RCMP say charges are pending after two male youth got into a fight outside the Collicutt Centre in Red Deer Tuesday morning.

Multiple units responded to the altercation at 10:45 a.m., with police saying the pair involved suffered minor injuries.

One youth involved was a student from Hunting Hills High School and the other from École Secondaire Notre Dame High School, according to police.

Mounties confirm the fight was consensual and took place outside the facility in the east parking lot.

An investigation remains ongoing into whether any weapons were used in the altercation.
