Innisfail Mounties arrest Rocky Mountain House man on warrants

Innisfail RCMP have charged a Rocky Mountain House man after observing a suspicious vehicle in the town’s Cannon Park area.

Members approached the male who was reaching into the trunk and determined he was wanted on outstanding warrants. After he was arrested, police found cash, illegal drugs and weapons in the vehicle.

Kyle Ronald Vaughan, 34, is charged with three counts of possession with the purpose of trafficking, possession of money obtained by crime over $5000, two counts of possession of a dangerous weapon, and possession of a stolen identity document.

He will appear in Red Deer Provincial Court Oct. 9.
