CALGARY- More arrests have been made in what investigators believe was a targeted and financially motivated homicide 11 years ago in Calgary.
Police say two Calgary men were arrested Wednesday in the January 2008 death of Allan Teather, who was shot in the parkade of a southwest-area condominium complex.
They say new evidence links the pair to the shooting, but details will not be released until charges are laid.
Brian Cheng, a 34-year-old Calgary man, was arrested August 15 and charged with first-degree murder.
