Local artists create paintings of hope for Mustard Seed users
A series of paintings being donated to The Mustard Seed aims to inspire hope, joy and resilience among those who utilize their facility in Red Deer.
Local artist Erin Boake, owner and operator of Artribute Art School, created the paintings with the help of four of her students: Bailey Froese, Abbey Ricker, Emma Laing and Briana Stewart.
“I like to help our community as best as I can and in whatever way I can,” Boake said Saturday at The Mustard Seed. “If this is what it is, I’ll help it be beautiful here for those who need it.”
