Local filmmakers issued challenge by CAFF
Officials with the Central Alberta Film Festival (CAFF) are sending out a casting call for local filmmakers to take up their 48 hour film challenge.
The challenge is said to be for all filmmakers, both experienced and those who are first timers to create an entire four to seven minute film, from writing the script to shooting and editing video, within a 48 hour period in January 2019.
CAFF officials say each entry in the 48 hour Film Challenge has a chance at being screened at the Central Alberta Film Festival in February 2019.
“There’s nothing that gets your blood pumping more than a tight deadline,” says Ranjit Mullakady, CAFF President in a press release. “A 48 hour film challenge presents a chance for filmmakers to really show what they’re made of and have a great time doing it.”
