Two of the incidents allegedly happened while Tress was on duty, one of which while he was at the Red Deer RCMP detachment in December 2016.

Tress is currently suspended with pay and will remain off-duty until his charges are resolved.

A five-day preliminary hearing for Tress was held in Red Deer provincial court in October with Judge B.D. Rosborough determining there was enough evidence present for the case to go to trial.

The trial is scheduled for June 17 – 27, 2019 in Red Deer Court of Queen’s Bench.
