RCMP investigating series of collisions in south Red Deer Friday

Police say no one was seriously injured in a series of collisions involving one vehicle in south Red Deer Friday night.

It was at about 5:45 p.m. when City Mounties responded to reports of a blue Ford truck veering into a post then colliding head-on with another truck before striking several other vehicles near Gaetz Avenue and 33 Street.

At this point, Mounties don’t believe occupants of the vehicles struck sustained any serious injuries but they continue to investigate.
