New playground coming to Blackfalds Rolling Hills neighbourhood

Residents in the Rolling Hills neighbourhood of Blackfalds will have another playground for their kids to enjoy this Fall.

This after Blackfalds Town Council voted to move a playground planned for the Valley Ridge neighbourhood to Rolling Hills at the last council meeting September 11. 

Officials say The Town had purchased and is in possession of the playground set but the site that it was designated to be installed at this fall has not been completed to Town standards as anticipated.

Upon administrations recommendation, Council decided to approve the recommendation to set up the new playground in Rolling Hills as opposed to storing the equipment until the Valley Ridge site was completed.
