Sr. Rustlers hosting golf tournament, comedy night Sept. 22

As the Red Deer Rustlers get ready for their inaugural season in the North Central Hockey League, the Senior AA club is hosting a pair of fundraising events on Saturday, Sept. 22. 

First up is the team’s golf tournament at Alberta Springs. The 10 a.m. shotgun start tournament has room for a few more teams at a cost of $400/team. 

Later that day, the Rustlers’ Comedy Night at Bo’s features appetizers, beer voucher, silent auction, hot stove and live entertainment from Todd Ness. Doors open at 6:30 with tickets available for $25 each.
