A man charged with attempted murder after a person was stabbed in Oriole Park last summer will go to trial a year from now.
Just after 5 a.m. on August 6, 2017, Red Deer RCMP responded to a complaint of a serious assault at Orient Green.
Shortly thereafter, a second call came in about a man at the Red Deer Regional Hospital suffering from stab wounds. Mounties soon determined the two calls were related and that the injured man was the victim from the prior assault call.
Linden Joseph Buffalo, 28, is charged with attempted murder, assault and mischief under $5,000.
