Central Zone flu deaths total 20

Twenty Central Albertans have now died from influenza this season.
That’s nine more than the AHS Central Zone saw all of last flu season, according to the latest stats released Thursday.
Province-wide, 84 Albertans have died from influenza.
A total of 349 Central Albertans have been admitted to hospital with influenza this year. Across Alberta there have been 2,721.
Central Alberta has seen 1,309 lab-confirmed flu cases this year while the province has seen 8,354.
