Rimbey RCMP investigate two vehicle crash

RIMBEY- On June 14, at approximately 4:30 p.m. Rimbey RCMP were called to a two vehicle collision on Highway 53 at Range Road 23.

Investigation determined that a north bound pickup was travelling on Range Road 23 and failed to stop at the stop sign and continued into the intersection where it struck a west bound SUV on Highway 53.

The driver of the pickup truck and his child passenger were not injured.

The driver of the SUV was airlifted by STARS Air Ambulance for treatment of unknown injuries.
