EDMONTON – A historic deal is expected to be signed in Victoria this afternoon, following an announcement yesterday that the Greens and New Democrats have reached an agreement for a minority government.
Their neighbours to the east are keeping a close eye on the proceedings.
“As political events unfold in British Columbia, the Alberta government remains committed to working with our B.C. neighbours to advance our shared interests” says Premier Notley.
“Should an accord between the B.C. NDP and the B.C .Green Party result in a John Horgan-led government, I know Mr. Horgan and I will be able to work together on important issues facing our two provinces.”
