Timothy “Tim” Edward John Moeller
January 21, 1946 – June 17, 2025
Our dearly loved husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend Tim passed away at home on June 17, 2025.
Born in Humboldt, SK, Tim was predeceased by his parents Edward and Bernadine. He is deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Sandy; daughter Joanne (Randy); sons Darren and Heath (Lorianne); stepchildren Laurie, Christopher (Jennifer), and Kimberley; grandchildren Kylie, Evan, Evan and Harper; brothers Gregory (Annette) and David (Joanne); nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Tim lived with heart and purpose. He found his greatest joy in the company of family and friends, often around a card table or firepit, where laughter echoed and memories were made. A passionate outdoorsman, Tim embraced every season—hunting, fishing, waterskiing, playing softball, quadding, or camping. He was an avid hockey fan and took great joy in passing on the finer points to his grandson.
With natural talent for working with his hands, Tim could often be found in his garage making repairs or dreaming up his next invention. He had a generous heart and was always ready to lend a hand or provide sage advice.
Tim’s adventurous spirit took him across western Canada as an electrician before he settled in Red Deer in 1976. There, he built a successful 40-year career as a realtor, earning the trust and friendship of many.
One of the highlights of his life was fulfilling a lifelong dream—an unforgettable African safari that brought him immense joy.
Tim’s legacy of kindness, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 28 at 1:00pm at Eventide Funeral Home, Red Deer, Alberta.
