1944 – 2018

Thomas “Tom” William Heaphy of Red Deer, passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital after completing his journey with cancer on January 13, 2018 at the age of 73 years. Tom will be lovingly remembered by his wife Hetty of over 46 years; daughter Lisa Jane (Glenn) Lucas; grandchildren Jade Lucas McRonald, Abby Lucas, Jamie-Lee Lucas Rylan Lucas and Catrina LaFleur. Also, to cherish Tom’s memory are sisters Margaret (Pete) Clark, Barb (Mike) Norton, Jane (Marty) Campbell as well as numerous extended family members and friends. He was predeceased by son Steven Mark Heaphy; brother Charles “Chuck” and sister Louise. A service to honor Tom’s life will be held in the Chapel of the CrossRoads Church, (SW corner of 32 St and Highway 2), 38105 Range Road 275, Red Deer County, AB on Monday, January 22, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. For those wishing to attend, please enter by the north east “Chapel” doors of the church.
