STEVENTON, Beverley (McIntyre)

Peacefully on December 30, 2017, Beverley passed away at the age of 79 surrounded by family at Michener Extendi-Care. She was born on September 4, 1938 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
She was predeceased by her parents, Percey and Ruth, and brother, Gordon. Bev will be lovingly remembered by her husband Jack; daughter Sandra (John); son Bob; grandchildren Shaun, Stacey (Paul), Andrew and Madison; great grandchild Hadley and many friends.
Bev loved figure skating, bridge, white wine, and going to the cabin at Beaver Lake. She moved to Flin Flon to teach figure skating where she met her soul mate (Jack). They got married on June 6, 1959 in Flin Flon, MB and they raised 2 lovely children. She just welcomed her first great grandchild in October. Both Jack and Bev loved traveling, as they lived overseas for many years pursuing Jack’s career. They spent their retirement years travelling to Arizona and Mexico.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Sunnybrook United Church, 12 Stanton Street, Red Deer, AB.
The family is sincerely grateful to the staff of Michener Extendi-Care for their care in mom’s last year.
