Sharon Louise Edmundson

Sharon Louise Edmundson of Red Deer passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on October 31, 2022 at the age of 68 years.
Born Sharon Vlchek in St. Paul Alberta, she was raised in Red Deer attending Lindsey Thurber High School and then on to Red Deer College. On April 1, 1972, she married her loving husband Bill. Sharon loved to play ball and was an ARCA Director for Slo-Pitch Canada.
Sharon will be lovingly remembered by her husband Bill; son Troy (Amanda); daughter Liza (Trevor) Hushagen; brother John Vlchek of Prince George BC as well as Damien Tyler and Dawson Hushagen, Sierra and Nathen Edmundson and other family members and friends.
A celebration of Sharon’s life will be held on November 10th, 2022, at the Pioneer Lodge, 4324 – 46A Ave, Red Deer AB, between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, 710, 10123 – 99 St, Edmonton, AB T5J 3H1.
