Robert Viens passed away suddenly on August 19, 2021 from health issues.

He leaves behind his wife Liana E Viens, and three step-children. Also, leaving his mother Adeline Viens, of Edmonton, Alberta. Sisters Nathalie and Louise Viens Keen. He will be missed by his nieces and nephew. As well as numerous aunts and uncles. As well as friends and business associates.

Robert was born in Terrace, B.C., where he lived for the first twelve years of his life. After the loss of his father, the family moved to Edmonton, Alberta, where he lived his youth and young adult life.

Robert graduated High School from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

He lived in various cities throughout Canada in his life.

Some include: Montreal, Quebec, Windsor, Ontario, Vancouver, British Columbia, Kelowna British Columbia and the last seventeen years in Red Deer, Alberta.

Robert was a Computer Technician. Being self-employed for over 15 years.

He was also a mechanic, and a cook. Enjoying both at their respective times.

He was pre-deceased by his father Andre and daughter Anne Marie.

Robert and Liana were married for eight years. But, we’re together for seventeen years. Meeting in 2003, and beginning a relationship in mid-2004.

He will be missed by all.

Viewing and service will be held on August 30,2021 from 1-3, at Eventide Funeral Home on 45th Street Red Deer, Alberta.
