Robert “Grant” Mills of Red Deer AB passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre at the age of 79 years on January 16^th, 2026.

Grant is survived by his two loving daughters, Alana and Shauna (Brad), both of Red Deer.  He also leaves his grandchildren; two great-grandsons; sister Alberta Sigurdson (Orville) of Kelowna and sister-in-law Donalda Mills of Swan River.

Grant was predeceased by his father Albert; mother Lorna; brother Garry and brother-in-law Norton.

Following Grant’s wishes, there will be no service and a private family burial will take place at a later date.

Special thanks to the wonderful Dr’s and nurses on Unit 33 at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre.

We will miss Dad forever, but will remember the kind, helpful, hardworking person he was.
