Robert “Bob” Nickolas Pritz of Red Deer, Alberta passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Center on October 29, 2024, at the age of 71 years.
Bob was born on February 19, 1953, in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Bob was a beloved husband and father. He lived a full life of dedication to his family, who he was always very proud of. He had a passion for carpentry, fishing, cooking, enjoying the sunny days, and walking the dogs. Bob was known for his sense of humor and his trait of being known to be stubborn at times. He dedicated his time to being a carpenter something he loved and providing for his family. Deep down, he was a softie at heart. The people closest to him knew this about him. Bob would always put others before himself. His family will always be forever grateful and appreciative for everything he has done throughout his life.
Bob is survived by his spouse, Sharon; children, Cory (Brittney, Brooklyn), Lindsey (Jen), and Shelby. Along with his many pets, Joey, Winston, Oliver, Milo, Katy, as well as other family and friends.
Bob would always say “you are the best.” We will remember him as he was, always the best father, husband, friend, and pet dad.
In following Bob’s wishes, a service will not be held. Celebration of life will take place in the spring, 2025. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Whisker Rescue and / or the Central Alberta Humane Society. Condolences to Bob’s family may be emailed to meaningful@telus.net. Please indicate “Pritz” in the subject line.
