Peacefully on October 6, 2021, Richard passed away at Red Deer Regional Hospital.

 

He was predeceased by his parents, Vernon and Bessie; and sister, Verna. Richard is survived by his sons Wesley (Valerie); Kelly (Candace); grandchildren Lincoln, Lennox and Abilene; and many friends.

 

Richard was a knowledgeable man who worked in many different fields over his lifetime. His goal every day was to learn something new. He will be remembered in Evansburg as a man who helped to build the town. He lived and worked in various places and will be missed by friends in Maui, Washington and here in Evansburg. Richard spent the last few years working side by side with his son, Wesley in the machine shop.

 

The family will be holding a private graveside service and wish to thank everyone for their love and support at this difficult time.
