Ramona Laverne Dubois (Brearley) at the age of 58, passed away peacefully, July 19, 2023 in Red Deer, Alberta. Born April 22, 1965 in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Survived by mother, Lorraine Brearley, Father and mother in-laws John and Carol Andrews, her husband Luke Dubois,and children Ryan Brearley, Alex Brearley, Amy Dubois, Justyce Pupetz. Her son in law Tayler Lefebvre and grand-daughter Kennedy Lefebvre. Her sister and brother in-laws Jeanette and Dan Dubois, Georgina and Donny Lawson, and Sam and Kieth Wilson. And her adopted children Thomas Cloutier, A.J Kopecki and CJ Odnokon.

Lest we forget those who have passed, her biological daughter Jennifer and her adopted son Dustin Steele.

Rae and Luke were married, August the 7th, 2005. After she made him work long and hard for it since the age of 17. Their marriage was truly inspirational to anyone who saw the love and dedication they both put in. Rae’s greatest accomplishment was her family, and her need to love every stray animal as well. It never mattered how many she had or if there was room for anymore, Rae always managed to find a way to support them in whatever way she was able too. (kids and pets)

Rae was the most amazing woman anyone has ever met. She taught everyone how to Love so pure and unconditionally, and inspired all of us with her strength and compassion. She will be missed by many.

In memory of Rae’s love for animals her family has asked if anyone would like to donate to Saving Grace Animal Society in her name to honor her, in lieu of flowers.
