Nora (Kay) Baich of Red Deer, passed away at the Red Deer Hospice on January 22, 2018 at the age of 92 years. Nora is survived by two sons, Tom (Connie) of Athabasca, Don (Stacey) of Coquitlam; five daughters, Rose Moore of Red Deer, Leila (Stan) Meyers of Salmon Arm, Cathy (Dock) Fitzpatrick of Kelowna, Betty Ann Baich of Red Deer and Lexia Baich of Qualicum Beach. Also to cherish Nora’s memory are 13 grandchildren, Steven Baich of Red Deer, Heather Baich of Ponoka, Jolaine (Brian) Kroeger of Armstrong, Tammy Meyers of Vancouver, Pamela Dwyer of Seattle, Jonathan (Andrea) Fitzpatrick of Vancouver, Taeya (Adrian) Boruta of Kelowna, Kaeli Fitzpatrick of Kelowna, Nikki Lyka, Chad, Shawn and Jason McMullen of Athabasca, Emma (Joel) Monias of Brandon; 14 great-grandchildren, Tonisha and Ahren Kroeger, Jenna, Connor, Seth, Holly, Havoc McMullen, Myles Baich, Mykayla and Benjamin Baich, Christopher, Nevaeh, Kyla and Kaitlyn Monias as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Nora was predeceased by her husband Bill; son Lorne; grandson Terry; son-in-law Jim Moore; parents Phillip and Katherine Kissinger; brother Phillip Kissinger and sisters, Hilda Kissinger, Betty Kissinger, Carrie Weisbrod and Helen Patterson. A celebration of Nora’s life will be held in the lower level of the Deer Park Alliance Church, 2960 – 39 Street, Red Deer AB on Friday, February 16, 2018, at 1 p.m. (Please use north east door).
