Mrs. Sally Anne Pearson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Sally Anne Pearson, loving wife of Larry Pearson of Red Deer, Alberta on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at the age of 89 years. Sally was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and spent most of her school years in Flin Flon, Manitoba. She worked for Hudson Bay Mining & Smelting Co. until her marriage to RCMP Cpl. Larry Pearson in 1968. They moved to Regina, Burnaby, Chetwynd, British Columbia, back to Burnaby and to Innisfail in 1977, and then to Red Deer in 1981. She spent fifteen years as a Realtor, and retired along with her husband, in 1990. Sally is survived by her loving husband of fifty-one years, Larry, their son, Monty (Linda), her two granddaughters, Tanya and Mandy (Mike), and her great grandchildren, Mia and Marcus. She will also be sadly missed by her two sisters, Diane (Jim) Inglis and Lauren Arsenault, and their children, her special cousins, Joy and Wayne Lofendale and her sister-in-law, Heida Bottrell. Sally was predeceased by her parents, Vivian and Bill Bottrell, an infant brother and later his twin brother, David Bottrell. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Parkland Funeral Home, 6287 – 67 A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. If desired, Memorial Donations in Sally’s honor may be made directly to the Red Deer Hospice Society at www.reddeerhospice.com.
