Mrs. Rose Marie Parada (Boyko)

Mrs. Rose Marie Parada of Eckville, Alberta, passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the age of 75 years. Rose was born on December 29, 1942 at Tisdale, Saskatchewan. Rose was a beloved member of the Eckville Community and will be very deeply and sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Rose leaves to mourn her loss, her sons, Allan (Carol) and their children, Katelyn and Brett and Colin (Tanya) and their children, Coltyn, Dalyn and Austyn. She will also be sadly missed by her sister, Mary Friedmark; brothers, Pete, Paul (Faye), Walter (Diane), Mytro (Brenda), Tom (Vicky); sisters-in-law, Estelle Collins, Frances (George) Fittes, Florence (Ronald) Thomasgard and Toni Boyko; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and close friends. Rose was predeceased by her husband, Bernie; parents, Paul and Polly (nee Stasiuk) Boyko; siblings, Olga, Nick, Steve, and Bill; sister, Lena Woytowich; brothers, John and Mike, brothers-in-law, Walter Woytowich, Henry Friedmark, Chester Parada, Charles Collins and Joe Perog; sisters-in-law, Bev and Marian Boyko, and Wanda Kostron, and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Stanley and Anna Parada. A Celebration of Rose’s Life will be held at the Eckville Community Centre, 5305 – 52 Street, Eckville, Alberta on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
