Mr. Joel Stanley ‘Joe’ Cameron passed away suddenly at the Innisfail Health Centre, Innisfail on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at the age of 63 years. Joe will always be remembered as living on the wild side! He was well known for having the fastest wheels around, whether it be two or four wheels!! He would never turn down a race for pinks! He also had an enormous spectrum of knowledge and a keen eye for detail. You could see this by his pride and ownership. Those who know ‘BIG JOE’ will treasure his larger than life personality. Thank you Dad for being the BEST!! Love, your girls. Joe will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife of forty-five years, Dixie Cameron of Innisfail; his three daughters, Tammy of Innisfail, Joelyn (Jake) of Strathmore, Alberta and Della (Brent) Bexson of Strome, Alberta; his grandchildren, Billy Cameron, Lisa (Josh) Witty, Chelsey Nelson, Jesse Nelson, Jorja, Jada and Rusty Bexson and his great grandchildren, Aubree and Ryker Witty. Joe will also be sadly missed by his brother, Bud (Jean) of Red Deer and his sister, Hope Kruse of Kelowna, British Columbia; as well as numerous other family and friends. Joe was predeceased by his parents, Pauline and Harry Cameron, a grandson, Dawson Klassen and a sister, Deanna Brennan. A Celebration of Joe’s Life will be held at the Harvest Gardens at Westerner Park, 4847A – 19 Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 2:00p.m. If desired, Memorial Donations in Joe’s honour may be made directly to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada at www.heartandstoke.ca.
