Mr. Jean Paul ‘John’ Berryere

Mr. Jean Paul ‘John’ Berryere passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at the age of 47 years. John was born in Niagara Falls, Ontario on July 20, 1970 to Janet Ann (Leo) Stack and James Arnold (Brenda) Berryere. John attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology to complete his Interior Systems Mechanic Apprentice Training, and began his carrer with the Carpenter and Lather Union in B.C. He then operated a successful Drywall Business called Small Jobs Drywall in Red Deer, Alberta for many years, before his health declined. John was a creative person who enjoyed cooking and eating good food, hosting family and friends, painting, photography and gardening. He will be remembered for his unique sense of humour and his generous nature that was always seeking to give and to help others. John will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Janet and James, sister, Debra (Chad), brother, James (Jaqueline), nieces, Shaivona (Runyo), Adora, Teela, and Aylah, nephew, Brandin (Chantel); as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins in the Hope Town Area of Quebec. He will also be sadly missed by his family in Red Deer, Alberta; his ex-wife, Terri, daughter, Hailey, father-in-law, Russ Bannister, sisters-in-law, Naomi (Michael), Angela (Ken) and Denise (Joe), brother-in-law, Jeff, nieces, Alysha (Wesley), Erica (Reece) and Tori (Mike) and nephews, Jayce and Riley. John was predeceased by a brother, Joseph ‘Joey’, stepfather, Joseph Stack Sr. and his mother-in-law, Ardith Bannister. A Celebration of John`s Life will be held in British Columbia and announced at a later date.
