Mike Perpelitz passed away on April 3^rd, 2022, at the age of 94, with family at his side, after a short battle with cancer.

Mike was born on January 20^th, 1928, In Endeavour, SK, and was one of nine children. In 1932, the family moved to a farm near Preeceville, SK.

Mike joined the army in 1951, and spent a year in Korea. He was discharged in 1954, and moved to Alberta in 1955.

Mike married Mary Rose Ann (Martha) Bandura in 1958, and together they had three sons.

Mike worked various jobs in the oil industry during his thirty-year career. He was an avid gardener, he enjoyed fishing and watching; Blue Jays Baseball, curling and wrestling.

Mike was predeceased by Martha in 2013, as well as his parents and his siblings.

Mike is survived by his sons; Brian (Adela), Brent (Dianne), and Larry (Miranda); seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and his special friend Roberta Volker.

A visitation/viewing will be held on Thursday April 7^th, 2022 at 9:30am, with the funeral service to follow at 10:00am at Eventide Funeral Home – 4820 45^th Street, Red Deer. Burial at Mount Calvary Cemetery to follow.
