Mary Ann T. Mulrooney

Mary Ann T. Mulrooney, aged 67, of Innisfail, Alberta peacefully passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Points West Living in Stettler, Alberta.
Mary-Ann was born March 11, 1951 in High River, Alberta to the late Gilbert and Charlotte Cummings. She spent her childhood in the Rimbey area until moving to Red Deer in 1964, where she graduated from Camille J. Lerouge High School in 1969. Mary-Ann completed her Registered Nursing Assistant training from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1970 and began to work immediately in Red Deer. Mary-Ann married her sweetheart, Terrance N. Mulrooney, in the fall of 1973 and relocated to Biggar, Saskatchewan. In 1978, Mary-Ann and Terry came back to Alberta to open the Talisman Jewellery in Innisfail, which she owned and operated until her health would no longer allow her in 2014. In 1981 and 1983, Mary-Ann become the proud mother of her two sons, Tim and Kyle. From 2015 until her passing, Mary-Ann has resided at Points West Living in Stettler Alberta.
Mary-Ann was predeceased by her parents Gilbert and Charlotte Cummings, her sister Margret Ann, brother- and sister-in-law Gil and Marion Cummings, brother in-law Peter Ritz, sister-in-law and husband Carol and Rod Gordon, brother-in-laws Patrick Mulrooney, George Kenneth Foster, Robert Mulrooney, Douglas Mulrooney, Donald Mulrooney, Jack Mulrooney and James Lauzon.
Mary-Ann is survived by her husband Terry Mulrooney, sons Tim Mulrooney (Kelsy) and Kyle Mulrooney (Miranda), grandchildren Akima, Violet, Nolan, Kaeden and Maeve, sisters Audrey Ritz, Marilyn (Alvin) Brockoff, Maureen (Calvin) Beale, Charlene (Michael) Hawkings and Laurie (Steve) Harasimiuk, and in-laws Judith Foster, Audrey Hutmacher, Lynn and Henry Kijewski, Marie Mulrooney, Theresa Mulrooney, Cindy Mulrooney, Pearl Mulrooney, Cathy Lauzon and Debra Deck, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to Dr. du Toit and the staff at Points West Living for their endless help and care over the past few years.
A graveside service for Mary Ann will be held Friday, February 8 at 11:30 am at the Innisfail Cemetery in Innisfail, Alberta. Mass will follow at 1 pm at Our Lady of Peace Parish in Innisfail (4304 49 Avenue).
