Marlene Anne Reid passed away peacefully on March 30, 2018 at her home in Red Deer, Alberta at the age of 76. She is predeceased by her parents, Vern and Agnes Allen, two sons, Keven and Michael and husband, Allan. Marlene is survived by and will be sadly missed by her sister, Diane, brother, Randy, daughter Janice (Jeff) and family, son, Brad and family, son, Randy (Lesley) and family, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, as well a long time and very dear friend Beulah.

Marlene enjoyed watching TV, reading books and magazines, salon visits to get her nails and hair done, playing cards, board games and many shopping days. Also spending time with her family and loved ones. She loved to travel anywhere that a car would go. Marlene worked tirelessly for her family. . She had a great love for all 4 legged furry friends and often spoke of them as additional family members.

Marlene will be cremated and laid to rest with her son Michael in Moosejaw. A small immediate family service will be held at a later date at the request of Marlene.

Flowers are gratefully declined, instead as an expression of sympathy contributions to your local SPCA are appreciated by the family.
