Marion Hazel Hives
May 13, 1929 – December 23, 2022

Marion passed away peacefully and naturally on December 23rd, 2022, with her family close by.
Marion was predeceased by her husband Charlie Hives, in 1994.  She is survived by her 3 children David (Beth), Ann (Paul) and Jane (Rob).  She had 5 Grand Children (Jason, Christopher, Laura, Derek and Blair) and 5 Great-Grand Children (Emberlynn, Ariana, Emerson, Madden and Caleb)

Marion had a wonderful 25+ year career as the payroll clerk at the Red Deer County Office.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, December 29th at 1pm at St. Leonard’s On The Hill Anglican Church (4241 – 44th Street, Red Deer).  We will have a Tea following the service in the church hall.

A private family Interment will follow the service.

Marion’s family is sincerely grateful for the care Marion received by the Staff at Villa Marie Covenant Care – Cottage 2 since September 2021.

In “Lieu of flowers” Marion would like any memorial donations to be made payable to St. Leonard’s On The Hill.
