Marilyn Mus-Rath

In loving memory of Marilyn Mus-Rath. She was born on October 24th, 1948
in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and passed away on September 19th, 2026 in Red Deer, Alberta.
Marilyn was predeceased by her husband of 43 years Eduard Rath, her parents John and Ellen Mus, and brother-in-law Ronald Baker.
Marilyn is survived by her brother, Kenneth (Elizabeth) Mus; her sister, Susan Baker; and her brother, Timothy Mus.
She also leaves to mourn her nephews, Timothy Mus, Wes Baker, and John Mus; her nieces, Katherine Baker and Barbra Boyle; her great-nephews, Kyle Mus, Ethan Baker, and Lucas Mus; and her great-nieces, Madeline and Marcella Boyle.
Marilyn also leaves behind her great-great-niece, Emerson Baker, and her goddaughter, Debbie Bradburg.
She is also remembered by Eduard’s daughter, Sylvia (Dave) Thame; their son, Brian (Amy) Thame, and children, Brayden and Kade; and their daughter, Michelle Taylor (Tim), and her son, Ryan.
Marilyn is further survived by her maternal aunts, Bernice Jones and Elizabeth Rivett; her aunt-in-law, Lucy Kammer; her uncle-in-law, James Dumont; as well as numerous cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Meadowbrook Church (Ponoka County) at 10:00 am on October 10th, 2026. Luncheon will be at the Meadowbrook Church. The family will have a family only internment at the Gull Lake Cemetery (Ponoka County).
As the sun sets on Marilyns last cruise we say ALOHA dearly departed.
