Linda Margaret Bradley (nee Campbell) was born on August 27, 1944 and passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side on March 19, 2026 at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon at the age of 81 years. In typical Linda fashion, she was at home and independent until the very end.

Linda will also be missed by sisters-in-law Lynn Bradley and Geri Rea, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Linda is predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob) Bradley, parents Bruce and Alice Campbell, brothers Clark, David and Ken Campbell sister Carol Harvie. Brothers-in-law Alexander (Sandy) Harvie, William (Bill) Bradley and Blair Porter, and sisters-in-law June Campbell, Katherine (Kitty) Campbell), Verna Demers (nee Bradley) and Jean Porter (nee Bradley).
Linda was born in Red Deer, Alberta to Alice and Bruce Campbell August 27, 1944. The youngest of 5 children, she was schooled near their farm at Delburne until she decided to follow in her sister Carol’s footsteps and pursue Nursing studies at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. It was here that she built the foundation of her lifelong career. Linda made numerous friends while in nursing school that remained close friends for more than 60 years.
While in nursing school, Linda also discovered her talent for the theatre and starred in several performances, including “The Mikado”. It was also during this time that she met the love of her life, Bob Bradley, who was staying with his sister Verna and driving taxi in the winter.
After a whirlwind romance and wedding in August of 1966, Linda followed Bob back to the Stranraer farm, overlooking the hills that would play such a big part of the next 45 years of her life. Linda took a position nursing in Rosetown, which she did until the demands of the growing family called for her greater attention. She returned to nursing a few years later: sharing her high standards of care with all.
Linda was very musical, sharing her gifts with the community through church choir, weddings, Royal Purple and other celebrations. Her creativity did not stop there however; as she was an amazing seamstress, creating custom grad dresses, ski suits, mukluks, quilts and alterations with incredible skill, time and patience. She often turned her hand to costumes for the annual Stranraer Halloween dance, skating carnivals, drama productions or other community occasions. Linda was the original Pinterest Upcycler / MacGyver and loved nothing more than using something for other than its intended purpose. She was also a passionate word lover of puns, homonyms and synonyms and won every game of Password EVER. Linda spent many hours in community theatre as an actress, director, costume designer, set designer and whatever else was required. She loved all of it.
In 1997, her beloved husband became ill and she was proud to be able to care for him at home until he passed. She remained on the farm and nursing in Rosetown until 2009 when she moved from the farm at Stranraer to Saskatoon to start the next chapter of her adventures. She was pleased to be closer to her 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren. As was her style, she promptly got involved. She worked with a longtime friend on props with Summer Players; she joined the Grace Westminster United Church Choir, the Church Board and the condo board and served on both for many years. Linda also discovered a love for travel and found joy in exploring many wonderful destinations independently or with family and friends, including Scotland and Ireland, Alaska, Europe, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Australia and New Zealand and a South African safari.
There will be a celebration of Linda’s life at Grace Westminster United Church (505 10th Street E) in Saskatoon, SK on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Fellowship to follow.
