Lawrence Palmer “Laurie” Johnson of Red Deer passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2018 in Red Deer at the age of 76 years.

Laurie is survived by his wife Gloria; brother Dick (Sharon) and family; brothers-in-law Percy (Mir) Roth and family, and Wayne Roth; and nieces, nephews, cousins and many cherished friends.

A jeans and t-shirt Celebration of Life will be held at Deer Park Alliance Church, 2960 – 39 Street, Red Deer, on Saturday, November 10 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Central Alberta Humane Society, 4505 – 77 Street, Red Deer, AB T4P 2J1; or Central Alberta Cancer Centre, 3942 50a Avenue, Red Deer, AB T4N 4E7.
