Kevin Eugene Marshall made his final journey to join the Creator on April 26, 2021 at the age of 49 years. Kevin is survived by his mother, Audrey Marshall, daughter Mckayla, brothers Kerry, Ronnie & Kelly, sisters Anita, Carlene & Colette, numerous Aunts and Uncles cousins & special friend Elaine. He was predeceased by his father Al Marshall and maternal and paternal grandparents. Kevin was born in Prince Rupert and attended school there before moving with his family to Stettler AB. He spent most of his working career fishing and in the oil industry. As a child he spent hours at the waterfront and grew to love the ocean, so commercial fishing with his family became a natural transition. He enjoyed spending time and hanging out with friends. His jovial and larger than life personality was always appreciated by people who knew him. You always knew when Kevin was in the room. He made a sign that described how he thought so well;
“I may not be the most important person in your life… I just hope that when you hear my name you smile and say That’s my Friend”.
He enjoyed riding his bike about town and fishing off the coast when he had the opportunity. Kevin’s memory will be forever cherished by his family and those who knew him. They say everything happens for a reason, yet we struggle to find the reason for our tremendous loss. We are comforted knowing our Kevin is in the arms of the angels now. Due to COVID 19 restrictions a celebration of life will be held at a later date in Alberta where he will be laid to rest beside his father. If people choose, donations may be made to your local Cancer Society.
