Julius Mendoza Bullecer of Red Deer Alberta passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on December 18, 2025 at the age 48 years.

Julius was born on November 12, 1977 in Red Deer Alberta to father, Dominador Ula Bullecer and mother, Criselda Mendoza Bullecer. Julius graduated high school from Camille J. Larouge 1995 then went on to graduate from Devry in Calgary Alberta in 2000.

He later moved Back to Red Deer & started Cafe del Mar with his brother Marlon Bullecer. He had many different jobs over the years. Julius had one last business that he shared with his wife called Stuffits Savory Bakery which he was very passionate about.

Julius was always kind-hearted & caring but he was always quick witted & so full of jokes. He was definitely the light of the party. It was never a dull moment around him!! His family meant the world to him & he treated his friends as if they were his family as well. He cared for them all so much.

Julius is survived by his wife and soul mate of 13 years, Sara O’Connor; his sons Aedon Bullecer (19), Dion Bullecer (16) and Asher Bullecer (15). He is also survived by his loving brother & best friend Marlon Bullecer (Sandy Bullecer, Adonis Bullecer, Kiarah Bullecer, Domino Bullecer & Kitana Bullecer) & numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends

A funeral will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 6 – McMillan Ave, Red Deer AB at 1:00 pm.

Julius left a mark on everyone that he met. He was so full of life & didn’t care what other people thought of him. That is something to be respected & we should all follow in his lead. Be proud of who we are. That is what he would’ve wanted!
