Julie Ann Flanders

Julie Ann Flanders was born in November, 1976 in Calgary, Alberta. She passed away on August 1, 2022 at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre in Red Deer, Alberta. Her early years were spent in the Nevis district on the family acreage. Julie attended the Stettler town school throughout her school years. Julie moved to Lacombe in 1995 and spent the next 10 years with a loving family who treated her as their own. She then moved to Red Deer into a group home until the time of her passing. Julie will be lovingly remembered by her mother Jean Flanders; brother David (Jennie) Flanders; niece Gracie Flanders; grandmother Patricia Norman; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Julie was predeceased by her father Sherwin (Oct, 2019); great grandmother Iris Waugh; maternal grandparents Fern and Dave Marshall; grandfather Verner Norman and cousin Rikki Lee Norman. A Memorial Service to celebrate Julie’s life will be held at Deer Park Alliance Church, 2960 – 39 St. Red Deer, Alberta on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
