John Paris Svendsen, also known as John Garet, of Red Deer AB passed away at the Red Deer Hospice on May 12, 2022 at the age of 78 years.  John was born in Toronto ON. Over the years, John worked in a number of jobs including oil field and construction. A graveside service will take place at the Alto Reste Cemetery, located 3.6 km east of 30^th Ave, Red Deer AB on Highway 11, on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 1:00 pm.
