Johanna Erna Leibinnes

1955 – 2023

Peacefully on June 7, 2023 Johanna passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital after a brief but courageous battle with cancer at the age of 68.

She was predeceased by her parents Walter and Edith and sister Rita.

Johanna was an expert seamstress and enjoyed interior decorating along with being an avid reader.  After completing her Business Administration Diploma she enjoyed employment in Edmonton.  After a few years she returned to Red Deer to be close to her family and work at many and various positions.

Johanna never forgot her European heritage and stayed in contact with her many family members.

A graveside memorial service will be held, Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Alto Reste Cemetery in Red Deer.
