Irene Fontaine

1941 – 2021

Irene Fontaine passed away peacefully on December 19, 2021, at the Hamlets at Red Deer, at the age of 80.

She was predeceased by her parents, Tom and Stella, Brothers, Jack, Ward, Jim and Danny and Sister, Marge.

Irene will be lovingly remembered by her Daughter, Janet (Dennis), Son Dan (Lauren) and Grandchildren, Kristen and Michael.

Irene was a piano teacher in her younger years and loved to play the piano. She liked the simple things in life spending time with friends and family and going out for coffee and dessert as frequently as possible.

The family is sincerely grateful to the staff of the Hamlets at Red Deer for their wonderful care of mom in the last couple of years.

There will be no service.

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
