It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helge Terndrup. Born March 4, 1954, he passed away peacefully surrounded by his children on Saturday, February 5, 2022.  “Hal” as he was lovingly known by family and friends was born in Denmark, came to Canada at the age of four and grew up in Red Deer, AB.  He eventually settled in Lacombe, AB- to be close to his children.  Hal was a master electrician by trade and spent part of his career teaching others his trade.  Hal loved making memories with his children and grandchildren, music, camping and riding on his motorbike.

Hal is survived by his daughters, Angela (Konrad) Nygaard and Amanda Matthews; son, Cameron Terndrup; grandchildren, Taylor, Spencer, Rylee, Samuel and Ryder.

A Celebration of Hal’s Life will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the Lacombe Memorial Center at 1:00p.m.
