Fred passed away on the morning of Wednesday April 27, 2022 from complications of cancer surgery.

Fred’s greatest joy was his family, especially his 2 granddaughters. Fred enjoyed camping, Square dancing and travelling to Mesa for the winters.

Fred is survived by his wife Bev; his daughter Kathy (Pat); his son Chris and his 2 granddaughters. Fred was a member of Local 146 Boilermakers for 54+ years.

As per Fred’s wishes, there will be no funeral.

Donations in his memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Red Deer Regional Hospital.
