Elsie Augusta Rideout of Red Deer passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2019 in Red Deer at the age of 87 years.

Elsie was born and raised in Mellowdale, Alberta. She went on to work in Calgary and retire in Red Deer. She enjoyed writing and had a few of her stories published. She was also a Life Master in bridge.

Elsie was predeceased by brothers Gerhard Kupsch, Ernest Kupsch, Leonard Kupsch, Helmut Kupsch and Richard Kupsch, and sister Eleanor Anderson. She is survived by sister Aileen Waugh along with 13 nieces and nephews.
