Until we meet again,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elaine Margaret MacKenzie on March 27^th, 2025 at the age of 89 years old.

Born in Ponoka, Alberta on August 7^th, 1936.  Elaine was a loving wife, mother, nana, grandma, great grandma, sister and friend, who touched the lives of all who knew her.

She will be missed by her husband Gordon, her children; Terri (Milt), Ian (Thess), her grandchildren; Faune Dainard, and Gabriel Mackenzie, her great grandchildren; Oakley Dainard and Autum Dainard, her siblings; Marianne (Ian) Cook and Bill Learmond.  She is also survived by many other beloved family members and dear friends.  Elaine also had many grand puppies; Sara, Mae Mae, Harley and Boone.

Elaine was predeceased by her parents; Ed and Bernice Learmond and her second mom; Wilma Riske, brothers; Teddy, Ray and Ron Learmond, Daughter; Tammy Noble and her sister-in-law; Paula Learmond.

A Memorial Service will be held for Elaine at 1:00 PM on Saturday April 5^th, 2025 at the Red Deer Legion, 2810 Bremner Ave, Red Deer, Alberta.
