LUNDBERG, Earle Edwin

November 18, 1944–July 25, 2023

Earle Lundberg, 78, of Red Deer, passed away July 25, 2023, after a short battle with cancer.

He was predeceased by his father, Bert Lundberg; his mother, Gladys (Jones) Lundberg; and his sister, Beryl Harris. He is survived and will be deeply missed by his wife of 53 years, Dolores (Heald) Lundberg; his children, Mike Lundberg and Kristina Lundberg, both of Edmonton; and his sister, Georgie Sawchuk, of Fonthill, Ontario.

In 1968, Earle graduated from the University of Alberta with a BA in economics. He spent most of his career as an accountant and, in later years, owned and operated Red Deer Car Clean and Minute Maids. He loved classic cars and the stock market.

The family would like to thank the homecare nurses in Red Deer, their neighbours on Hart Crescent, and the staff and doctors at the Cross Cancer Institute in Edmonton.

At Earle’s request, no funeral will be held. Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
