In Loving Memory of Donna Rose Marie Warren.
It is with profound sadness and immeasurable love that we announce the passing of Donna Warren, who passed on September 8, 2026, at the age of 69.
Donna was so much more than the role she carried in this life. She was a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and above all, one of the most wonderful people anyone could ever have the privilege of knowing. She had a heart that made people feel loved, safe, and at home. Her presence brought warmth to the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her love will remain with us long after her physical presence has gone.
She was a devoted mother to Jamie and Jason, and a cherished grandmother to Christopher, Lucy, Emma and her beautiful granddaughter Marabelle. She lovingly welcomed Murina, Gabby, and Evan into the family as well, embracing them with the same warmth and love she gave to everyone she held dear.
Her grandchildren were incredibly special to her. She had the gift of making them feel important, loved, and treasured, simply for being themselves. From Chris, Emma, Lucy, and to little Marabelle, her love will continue through generations of her family.
Donna leaves behind a family who will carry her memory out in countless ways, with the stories they tell, the laughs they share, the traditions she gave them, and in the love, she taught them to give to one another. She was known for her sharp wit and stubborn spirit; if you thought you had the word, think again.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter Jamie (Evan), her son Jason (Murina), her grandchildren, Christopher, Lucy (Gabby), Marabelle, and Emma, as well as extended family and all the friends and loved ones whose lives she touched.
There will never be enough words to describe how much Donna meant to us. Losing her has left a void that cannot be filled, but we are grateful beyond words that we got to love her and be loved by her.
The family welcomes everyone who knew Donna, to attend a come and go gathering to celebrate her life, being held at the Pioneer’s Lodge, on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. There will be light refreshments provided by the family. Please come eat, fellowship, share good memories and stories, and encourage the family in their walk of remembering the beautiful person that Donna was.
Her life may have come to an end, but her love and memory will remain. Donna will live on in every heart she touched, every lesson she taught, every memory she created, and every person she loved.
The family wishes to thank the nurses, doctors and staff that cared for, and loved on Donna at the Villa Marie Covenant Care. Those that wish too are also encouraged by the family to donate to a charity of ones choice in memory of Donna.
Condolences to Donna’s family may be emailed to meaningful@telus.net. Please indicate “Donna Warren” in the subject line.
