Dillon Shae Johnson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dillon Shae Johnson in Calgary, Alberta on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the age of 27 years. Dillon was born in Medicine Hat, Alberta on August 30, 1990 to Ken and Suzan Johnson. He grew up in Kitimat, British Columbia and then moved to Sylvan Lake, Alberta where he attended H. J. Cody High School. After graduation Dillon attended Red Deer College and obtained his journeyman/red seal in Welding. Dillon owned a successful welding company working in Northern Alberta as well as working in several welding shops in Red Deer and the Calgary area. He loved to spend his time with family and friends outdoors in the summer by camping, fishing and dirt biking and in the winter he enjoyed snowboarding and ice fishing. He was a kind and fun loving young man full of life, who enjoyed making people happy. He always had a smile on his face and time to talk. Dillon will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He will lovingly be remembered by his parents, Ken and Suzan Johnson, his brother, Taylor Johnson and his sister, Kara Johnson.
