David Robert Browne

It is with heavy hearts, Dianna and Denis announce that Dave passed away peacefully on May 14, 2022 at the age of 85 years old.

Dave leaves behind his loving wife, Dianna of 57 years and his son Denis.

Dave will be fondly remembered by his brothers and sister, Steven, Jaqueline, Michael and families and Dianna’s family Rita Painchaud, Denise and Adrian Deschamps, Muriel and Dennis Kasun, Estelle and Merl Dicus; numerous nieces and nephews.

We were privileged to have had Dave by our side for many years.

Dave joined the Armed Forces at the age of 17 and served for 21 years as a veteran, Dave was very proud of his service in the forces.

Throughout his life, fishing was a passion of Dave’s. As family we enjoyed many feeds of his delicious catch. Dave also enjoyed a good game of cards and he loved to tease those around him.

Dave and Dianna enjoyed going for brunch or suppers together. Their weekly visit with Denis was the highlight in his life.

A Celebration of Dave’s life will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 2p.m. at Eventide Funeral Home 4820, 45 street Red Deer, Ab.
