It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of our loving mom, grandma, great grandma, sister, auntie and friend, Audrey Doreen Orom (née Arnold). Audrey entered into the arms of Jesus on August 24, 2024 in Red Deer, Alberta with her daughters by her side.

Audrey was born in Eckville, Alberta on September 15, 1942. She had a long career with Alberta Government Telephones / Telus. After her retirement, she enjoyed volunteer work and travelling with dear friends. Her last trip was an Alaskan cruise with her daughter, Tammy, in May 2024. Mom will be deeply missed but was adamant that she only wants us to remember the happy times. We will always remember her wonderful sense of humour and her love of shopping (the Amazon driver will be lost without her).

She is survived by her faithful and loving companion, Coco, her sweet little Yorkie; daughters Shelley Jones (Randy) and Tammy Hofer (Brian); six grandchildren: Cora-Lynn Fuller (Curtis), Nicholas Jones, Travis Jones (Paige), Tyler Jones (Julie), Lindsay Hofer (Stephen) and Jeffrey Hofer (Marissa); ten great grandchildren: Justin Fuller, Taylor Fuller, Morgyn Fuller, Prezlie Jones, Londyn Jones, Phoenix Jones, Abigail Jones, Jack Jones, Lilianna Jones and Cora Jones; her brother, Larry Arnold (Margaret), and her sister, Pat Bott (Niel); numerous nieces and nephews; and lifelong friends.

Her celebration of life will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Eventide Funeral Home.
